Through the Lens February

Through the Lens February February was one short, cold, boring month, at least I thought it was. Then I went through my phone for this link-up and was surprised how many different things I did last month. I highly recommend participating in Kristen and Bri's link-up if you want to look back at your awesome month!

top row:

1// Johnny Brenda's: brunch and bonding on any given weekend.

2// The view outside our wedding venue's window! We did our tasting and took some more photos so that we could remember exactly how we wanted everything set up. Only a few more months to go!

3// We joined some friends for video games and drinks at Barcade in Philly. It was quiet, just the way I like it.

middle row:

4// Getting to hang with girls I've been friends with for over fourteen years will always be my favorite activity.

5// Nick and I did a lot of driving this month. From going to wedding appointments to visiting with friends and family, it felt like we were always in the car. Which is actually okay by me!

6// This is my serious "Really? More snow?" face. I need at least a week of straight sun in March, please.

bottom row:

7// On its very last day, Nick and I finally made it to Winter Fest at Penn's Landing. I love the attention to detail pop-up concept venues can have and Winter Fest didn't disappoint. The only problem was that I think my face froze off while we watched the ice skaters. Until next year, Penn's Landing!

8// This amazing piece of pastry was our romantic Valentine's Day dessert. After spending all day in a marriage preparation workshop through our church, it was fun to cozy up together at our favorite Mexican restaurant.

9// Nick and I love going to new places and were psyched to try Philly's new P'unk Burger. It did not disappoint! I am going back for that Juicy Philly burger and the speculoos milkshake. Yes, SPECULOOS milkshake.
