Spring with #MyHCLook
This is a sponsored post for Hair Cuttery but all opinions are 100% my own.
As soon as the spring season hits, my brain instantly says, EVERYTHING NEW. It's time to open the windows and refresh. That means pulling apart my closet, sprucing up the decor around my apartment, and cleaning everything I can get my hands on. Spring is all about changing things up for a new season and one of those things you can't forget is your hair.
I'm notoriously picky about my hair. I always want to do something radical: cut it short, get extensions, dye it pink, or get a noticeable style. But I can never commit and keep doing the same other thing with my hair. But it's spring time! I want to spice it up. So that meant it was time to head to Hair Cuttery.
What I love about Hair Cuttery is how easy it is to do something new with your hair; almost as easy as hopping in my shower! Hair Cuttery has so many locations (there are two within ten miles of my house!) and you don't even have to schedule an appointment; just show up whenever you're ready to get glamorous!
I made sure to head over last Sunday before heading out for a day of spring events: shopping with my husband, a housewarming for a friend, and dinner with my family. I wanted to try something new but not too crazy. With how incredibly affordable hair styling is at Hair Cuttery, you can really do anything without worrying about how much it will cost.
The other thing that keeps me from worrying is the talented stylists at Hair Cuttery. Chain salons often get a bad rap but every single stylist I've worked with at Hair Cuttery has helped me decide how to style my hair and made it even better than I'd imagined. I was so happy to see that one of my favorite stylists, Kelsey, was there that day.Kelsey was the one who suggested that I try a blow out for the day. Since I wasn't ready to do anything drastic with the cut or color or sit for awhile getting an intricate style, a blowout was the perfect solution.
Isn't it absolutely gorgeous?!? Even though I never thought I'd be a person who'd do something as "luxurious" as get her hairstyled for the day, Hair Cuttery has convinced me otherwise. It is simple and easy and affordable. Besides spring cleaning, spring is also the time for plenty of events, from bridal showers to college graduations to Mother's Day brunch. Why not try something new for the season? Whether you go big and bold or stay simple with a blow out, try Hair Cuttery this spring. And when you do, simply tweet or instagram your new 'do with #MyHCLook and you'll be featured in their hairstyle gallery. I'll see you over there!
