Wearing: That Falling Feeling

Since buying our home, weekends have become much more quiet and still. There are projects to do and many nooks to clean. However, this season is just too good to pass up. Pumpkin picking and falling leaves and festivals with brightly colored mums, I want all of it. I've definitely got what you could call the falling feeling. Even though we've pledged to be more "conservative", there's still so much to explore and do when the fall season is here. Basically I'm a homebody with an adventurer's spirit and this outfit gets it. Wearing: That Fall Feeling

Nothing makes me happier for that falling feeling than a comfy tee, a cozy cardigan, and the most relaxed boyfriend jeans. This outfit is the most weekend ready you can be without being in your pajamas. Actually, I have a little something to say about that. Often people are tempted to throw on any old thing and not worry about being dressed up over the weekend. But look how easy it is to put together a casual, not lazy, outfit. I love my leggings as much as the next lady (case in point right here) and wearing real pants is the last thing I want to do on the weekend. Yet relaxed fit boyfriend jeans are just as comfortable and easy. Throw them on with a pair of streamlined loafers or pointed flats and you're like Audrey Hepburn, with a little edge. At least that's how I feel with my boyfriend jeans and my favorite pointed flats.

What's your favorite fall weekend outfit?
